Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily full operations of the shop, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to customers. Coming up with new seasonal special drinks.
- Manage a team of employees, hiring, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Cover for shifts cancelled by staff.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders and perform local delivery for supplies as necessary.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and special events to drive sales.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel, food service, or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Knowledge of catering operations and experience in kitchen management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management.
- Culinary background or knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2 years of barista Experience
