Responsibilities:
Consulting with clients to determine their real estate objectives;
Functioning as a liaison between buyers and sellers;
Providing outstanding customer service and keeping in close contact with clients;
Showing residential properties available in the market;
Participating in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to increase sales opportunities;
Developing new customers through networking and marketing;
Guiding up to 60 buyers through the home purchase process annually;
Helping buyers and sellers overcome obstacles throughout the sales transaction;
Maintaining relationships with past customers to generate repeat and referral business.
Qualifications:
Current Real Estate License or be willing to get one... we can guide you through the process (this is required) and can be obtained in a short period of time
Be a problem solver. Possess excellent problem solving skills
Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Serve as a strong advocate for your clients and their goals
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be able to clearly understand and explain contracts with the consumers best interest in mind
Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
Show good organizational and time management skills
At least, basic computer skills
Enjoy a flexible work schedule. Some weekend and evening hours required
