What we need:

We currently have a great opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be supporting the account team and email campaign execution on your key account.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage information via a content management system (CMS), develop project schedules, routing creative and monitoring internal project tasks.
  • Be proactive, have a strong eye for detail, great communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple fast-paced projects
  • Communicate effectively cross functional team members to share the status of key activities and leverage internal project management systems to update documentation and deliverables
  • Collaborate with the team to identify continuous improvement and optimization opportunities and advocate for efforts that will expedite speed to market and reduce potential errors

 What you’ll bring:

  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in cross functional, team-based environment
  • Strong communication, organization, collaboration and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work hard in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
  • Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions and work independently
  • Commitment to quality and delivering outstanding client experiences and value
  • Working knowledge of cross-browser and email environments (e.g., Chrome, IE, Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
  • Preferred/desired: Knowledge of SalesForce Marketing Cloud and/or experience in headless content management systems, like Contentful is a bonus
  • Working an Agile environment is a bonus
