We are seeking an experienced Roofing Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of our roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. As a superintendent, you will ensure the safety and efficiency of the site, managing teams, and coordinating with client and stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
-Oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site, promoting a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and management, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Manage project logistics, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in roofing construction management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain.
- Company Vehicle provided with approved driving record.
- Bilingual Speaking a plus
