Bartender Responsibilities:
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
- Interacting with member and guests, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing member and guests needs and preferences and making recommendations
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to remember the members needs and requests in a private club setting. Create classic and some innovative drinks, exceeding members’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant members and guests
- Interact with members and guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess member and guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present lunch menus
- Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age when needed
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent member and guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Keeping a hyper clean work area
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Requirements
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender private club experience a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Drug Free environment
- Ability to help assist with monthly inventory
Experience:
- Bartending: 2 years
Education:
- High school or equivalent
