Experienced Solar Sales Representative

Process Solar, one of few debt-free solar companies currently expanding into new markets, is seeking experienced Solar Sales Representatives to add to our growing organization in the Las Vegas Metropolitan area. Trusting in elite products, processes, and people to deliver the best experience to homeowners looking to transition to renewable energy is why Process Solar has been able to expertly navigate the industry and grow month-over-month. If you are an experienced solar sales representative who is tired of long install times, subpar customer service, non-premium equipment or high redlines, look no further!

We are determined to raise the bar and pave the path forward in an industry that has unfortunately become notorious for the poor treatment of both salespeople/partners and customers alike. We take the utmost pride in the experience that we deliver to each and every homeowner who chooses to go solar and also ensure our salespeople receive the experience, communication and pay they work hard for and deserve.

Responsibilities

· Generate leads through networking, canvassing and other plausible efforts;

· Convert leads into potential customers and set appointments with homeowners;

· Meet with potential customers and determine their solar needs;

· Educate potential customers on equipment, financing options and tax benefits;

· Provide detailed information regarding Process Solar and the available products and services offered;

· Propose, close and execute purchase contracts with homeowners;

· Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and obtain referrals and reviews;

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures; and,

· Appropriately represent the Process Solar brand in all interactions.

Requirements

· Experience in selling solar of at least one year;

· Contain excellent verbal and written communication skills;

· Maintain professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities;

· Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

· Proficient in time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines;

· Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Extensive knowledge of the solar industry and current rules and regulations

· Monday to Friday

· Weekends as needed

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
