Essential Functions

• Retrieve job list and checking for Priority Lists
• Complete change-over activity if needed (machine preparation from previous job set up)
• Set-up and manage CNC machine to perform various jobs including but not limited to drilling, and grinding.
• Loading raw materials
• Use set-up sheet to enter job measurements and requirements for production
• Locate specific program inside of computer
• Unloading finished cut materials 
• Assembling several types and styles of lids
• Complete frame and mold set up on oven when needed
• Prepping materials
• Operating lid oven, punch press, and rivet machine

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Competent in interpersonal communication skills to interact with fellow co-workers
• Possess the ability to stay motivated and work independently on tasks 
• Ability to work with a team and exercised good judgement in decision making
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Skilled in the use of various power tools, and hand tools
• Dependable and Reliable worker
• Frequently lift 50 lbs or more
• Standing on feet for an extended period of time
