Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.

Duties:

- Make outbound calls to gather information

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently

- Analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions

- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities

- Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
