As the leader of our slime haven, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our store not only meets but exceeds sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience centered around the creativity and joy of slime making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Team Leadership and Management:** Supervise and manage a team of enthusiastic employees, fostering a positive, creative, and productive work environment. Your leadership will be key in driving our team towards excellence in every aspect of our store operations.

- **Scheduling Mastery:** Create weekly employee schedules with precision, ensuring the store is adequately staffed to handle its operations smoothly. This includes scheduling employees for the party room and slime classes, ensuring every aspect of our store is full of life and creativity.

- **Sales and Customer Experience:** Drive sales through exceptional customer service. Engage with customers, teaching them about the magic of slime, and enhance their in-store experience, ensuring they leave with a smile and a desire to return.

- **Slime Making and Innovation:** Lead by example in slime making. Use your creativity to concoct new slime recipes for restock, manage the slime DIY bar, and ensure the store is always vibrant with an array of slime options for our customers.

- **Educational Fun:** Conduct slime classes and workshops, spreading the joy and knowledge of slime making to customers of all ages. Your expertise will help nurture a community of slime enthusiasts.

- **Social Media and Marketing:** Elevate our brand's presence on social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. **Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar supervisory role.
