Job Summary:

LuxUrban is currently looking for a skill-oriented individual who is seeking to further their career in the hospitality industry by becoming a Houseperson. An individual that is hard working detail oriented great communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Job Description:

• A Houseperson may work independently or in a team-style environment. Essential duties include removing soiled bedclothes and remaking the bed with clean ones, vacuuming the room and hallways, mopping, cleaning, cleaning the hotel lobby and sanitizing the bathrooms as needed
• Restocking the rooms with supplies like clean ice buckets, clean toiletries, clean linen, and other requests as needed
• Maintaining a clean work area, which includes the lobby, stairwells, entryways, exit areas
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Assisting with guests as needed

The role of this job can change without notice due to the demand and workflow.

• Ability to assist with front desk check-in process during high traffic by taking requested items to guest rooms

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Experience:

• Cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)
