Western National is seeking an EDI Processor to join our team! 

The individual in this role will have the opportunity to provide technical support to the EDI Compliance Lead and claims team members.

What are the responsibilities and opportunities of this role?

• Keeps accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for EDI processes and provides technical training as needed.
• Updates data fields on reporting vendor platforms.
• Communicates necessary reporting changes with claims team members.
• Performs special projects and other claims support duties as assigned.
• Seeks relevant information and answers to key questions from defined sources.
• Applies knowledge to help solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity.
• Contacts other internal departments and team members.
• Communicates various types of messages and information.

Requirements

What are the must-have qualifications for a candidate?

• Good communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details.
• Ability to follow processes.
• Good time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient use of various core systems, office and computer equipment, and software packages.

What will our ideal candidate have?

• Prior experience with multiple computer programs and platforms, including Verisk. 
• Knowledge of IAIABC, NCCI, and Section 111 reporting.

Compensation overview

The full hiring range for this role is $22.30 - $31.20 per hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates looking for compensation outside of the posted range are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their individual qualifications and/or may be considered for other positions.
