Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in a customer service role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Life and Health Insurance License

Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
