IRI is seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Coordinator of Training, Investigations, and Special Projects. In this role you will be responsible to provide training in first aid, CPR, SCIP, fire safety, fire evacuation, agency philosophy, characteristics of individuals served and a number of program areas as well as take responsibility for the management of the Learning Management System (LMS), and lead annual refresher training, as well as new staff orientation. The Coordinator of Training, Investigations, and Special Projects will conduct incidents of all types to include but not limited to allegations of abuse and neglect. The Coordinator of Training, Investigations, and Special Project be directed to engage in a number of projects as assigned by any of the seven executive staff members in areas as varied as internal evaluation, EHR roll out and maintenance, records management etc. The Coordinator of Training, Investigations, and Special Projects will work in collaboration with the Directors of Residential Services, Day Habilitation and Employment Services, and Clinical Services. This position will be stationed at our headquarters with required traveling to our sites across Queens, Long Island, Brooklyn and the Bronx.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM. Some mornings and evenings may be required as needed
