What You'll Do
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Legal Associate to join our small but mighty legal team. As the Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate law, including contract review, legal research, and compliance in a fast-paced startup environment. Key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct legal research on a variety of topics related to corporate law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.
• Assist with contract review and analysis, including reviewing agreements for legal compliance and potential risks.
• Assist in drafting and editing legal documents, including contracts, policies, and correspondence.
• Support the legal team in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to address legal issues and provide legal guidance.
• Ad Hoc projects established by our General Counsel.

What You Need

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent law school graduate.
• Strong academic record with coursework in corporate law, contracts, and legal writing.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
