Busy Gastroenterology Practice looking for a experienced patient account representative.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is able to assist in collecting patient balances and work on medical insurance AR
Selected Candidates will be offered excellent compensation package including Health insurance, vision, dental, basic life insurance, 401K, PTO and paid holidays.
Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Follow up with patients on outstanding balances.
- Follow up on insurance claims on daily basis.
- Establish payment plans, accept payment, and work patient aging reports
- Review Patient Statements
- Provide superior high volume patient customer service in a fast paced environment. Required experience
- Account Receivable/Medical Billing 1 year
- EMR system (Eclinicalworks)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
