• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect activity.
• Respond to alarms and security-related incidents.
• Ensure noise complaints are resolved professionally.
• Enforce the Client's rules and regulations for the property.
• Follow Virginia state laws and company policies.
• Produce detailed and accurate incident reports.
• Interact professionally with the public, clients, and fellow officers.
• Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on the latest security protocols.

• Valid Virginia Unarmed Security Officer License.
• Proven experience as a security officer or in a related field.
• Strong observational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Required to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• 10-12 hour shifts.
