Responsibilities
•Team Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for the team, coordinating schedules, meetings, and events to optimize productivity and collaboration.
•Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
•Client Communication: Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the transaction process.
•Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
•Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain positive relationships.
•Data Analysis: Analyze team performance data and generate reports to track progress towards goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
•Training and Development: Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
•Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgetary concerns, including expenses, reimbursements, and financial reporting.
•Individual is responsible for all tasks related to the real estate business.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
•Active NV Real Estate License.
•Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate industry.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, Google, and project management platforms.
•Knowledge of real estate regulations and procedures is a plus.
