CDR Health Inc., is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses within the Jacksonville FL, area upcoming projects. All shifts are available: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem. Responsibilities potentially including but not limited to:

• Recording a patient's medical information accurately
• Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and rules
• Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and instructions
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. as needed
• Patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs

Start date to be determined. This project is expected to start in the next couple of months.
