Description

We are looking for a hands-on Manager that will handle the Northeast Ohio area in coordinating and delivering janitorial facility services for our evening Medical and Commercial Account customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel to all site locations across northeast Ohio - Company car provided
• Ensures the company’s policies and procedures are administered in accordance with most current version of the Employee Handbook
• Strong ability to keep accurate documentation of performance expectations, training and discipline
• To manage the Department effectively and adjust accordingly to develop new goals and objectives to meet our business needs
• Scheduling & Logistics, Payroll, Performance Management and Training

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years’ experience within an operational management position working with all types of people in an array of facilities
• Ability to secure Clinc Badge (TB, flu shot, background check, etc.)
• Working knowledge of electronic technology (email and computer programs/apps)
• Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task, be flexible and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to think on feet, quickly making reasonable, rational business decisions
• Valid Driver’s License
