As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned clients by renewing insurance contracts and promoting ongoing client loyalty. Provide renewal quotations on property, casualty and surety policies/contracts written through the company. Property Casualty Agent's License required. Responsibilities:

• Service clients on a book of assigned business to promote ongoing client loyalty.
• Retain assigned accounts by reviewing coverages and recommending needed coverages.
• Negotiate renewal pricing/coverage.
• Pre-qualify accounts with insurance carriers.
• Review applications and loss data.
• Prepare proposals.
• Respond to clients' ongoing needs.
• Maintain relationship with insurance companies.

Qualifications:

• Property Casualty Agent's License.
• College degree preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong understanding of negotiating process.
