Medical Gas Department Coordinator

Administrative responsibilities include:

· Scheduling and dispatch of Field Technicians utilizing database management system.

· Data entry and report processing in compliance with governing agencies

· Sourcing and purchasing of parts for repairs and maintenance.

· Billing and collection efforts for all Medical Gas services through QuickBooks

· Project Management and coordination with 3rd party contractors

· Provide general support to sales and field technicians as needed.

· Provide support to sales from a quoting and ordering perspective.

· Provide general office support with incoming phone calls and other customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is very detail oriented with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This person will have proven success in a fast-paced office setting with experience and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks. Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time.

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:30
