TITLE: Team Leader (Frontline)

SUPERVISOR: Assistant Manager / General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Team Leaders will exceed Member and Guest expectations by providing quick and friendly service within Shiny Shell Car Wash, managing the daily operations of their department and will have the responsibility of hiring, training and directing Team Members in their area.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retain and create new Member/Guest relations
• Promote and sale new Memberships/Fast Passes and special offers
• Set the example to all Team Members by working hard and doing your best
• Train and supervise Team Members
• Resolve customer questions or complaints
• Assist in controlling labor
• Ensure Team Members are wearing the proper uniform
• Understand and perform all opening and closing tasks
• Focus on what’s going on in traffic areas to prevent any kind of accidents with Team Members, customers and vehicles
• Ensure quality of service
• Complete required daily paperwork and checklists
• Responsibility for cleanliness of their area
• Assist other Team Members when needed and their area is slow
• Attend and be fully engaged in all leadership meetings, providing new ideas to help the Team, Shiny Shell Car Wash and the Company excel
• Immediately implement new ideas from meetings with your Team
• Communicate to the General Manager any situation, problem or accident that couldn’t be resolved

PREREQUISITES:

• Leadership and team-building skills
• History of outstanding customer service and customer relations
• Ability to foresee and prevent problems or solve problems that occur
• Ability to manage, motivate and encourage Team Members
• Great verbal communications skills
• Must be highly energetic, have a positive attitude and be goal oriented
• Proven record of a tenacious work ethic
• Valid driver’s license

Availability: Opening Shifts, Closing Shifts, Weekends

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
