Global Digital Marketing Intern

Position Summary: The global digital marketing team at Interface is seeking a detail oriented, self-motivated, positive intern with a passion for learning about digital marketing for the Summer of 2024. The intern will assist with projects in digital marketing, including website, email, social and database management as well as various marketing support needed by the department. The intern will gain a broad understanding of all marketing activities as well as business culture across the globe.

Tentative Start Date: June 1, 2024 or sooner as available

Location: AwareHouse, LaGrange, GA

Scope of Internship:

• Paid Internship Program
  • Pay Rate: $15
  • Hours Per Week: part time but can vary depending on school schedule
  • Reimbursement of work-related non-commuting mileage
  • No housing and/or travel assistance
• Internship Credit (TBD) - Interface's marketing internship program will be closely aligned with the student's major and will aid in the training and progressive educational experience of the student beyond the textbook curriculum.

Educational Qualifications:

• Enrolled student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications or related
• Recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications or related
• Must be in good academic standing, maintain a minimum of a 3.0 GPA

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Acclimate to and engage in all areas of the Digital Marketing team through participation in project meetings, shadowing of team members, training on systems, etc.
• Learn the basics of the Digital Asset Management tool and help with multiple clean up and tagging projects
• Organize and assist with website assets and content for upcoming product launches and campaigns
• Manage tasks related to launching a new marketing automation system
• Assist with setting up Google Analytics dashboards for ease of viewing and sharing KPIs
• Assist with social media execution including monitoring the inbox for customer inquiries
• Proof digital marketing materials / test emails and web pages
• Perform all other duties/special projects assigned
