Position: HRIS Manager / Workday Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL (1-2 days a week onsite)

Duration: 1 year

• Required:
  • Ideally targeting 4 years of Workday HCM experience.
  • Experience with the following Workday HCM modules: Learning/LMS, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits Administration
  • Experience performing configurations of HCM modules.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Any relevant Workday HCM certifications are a plus.
• It is more important for this resource to have strong Workday HCM experience than to have strong HRIS experience (without Workday experience)
• Role: This person will be supporting Workday HCM which has already been fully implemented and will be responsible for performing configurations, reporting (running existing and creating new reports), and testing and troubleshooting biannual upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 7 years work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of HRIS/Workday experience.
• Proficiency in Workday Reporting & Workday Business Process Framework.
• Experience with Workday HCM Application Configuration
• Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
