ServiceMaster Restoration by Diamond Quality... is Hiring a Sales Account Representative Near Maumelle, AR

Position Overview
ServiceMaster by Diamond Quality Services is a restoration company that specializes in mitigating
property damage. 90% of our business is paid out by insurance claims, so having relationships with
local insurance agencies is critical to our success. This position is a part time position that will
consist of running a route Tues through Thursday. The work hours are 8am – 4:30pm, which include
a 30-minute lunch break, so 24 hours a week. The job consists of passing out promotional material
and having meaningful conversations with agency personnel. This position has the potential for full-
time employment down the road.
Job Responsibilities
 Create, manage, and maintain key relationships with insurance professionals that include
agents, claim handlers and adjusters.
 Ask key questions to find out who the decision makers are and document each visit.
 Support a dynamic service team by selling and marketing a needed service. You do not have
to create the need; you must only foster the relationship.
Job Requirements
 Experience in the Disaster Restoration field appreciated but not required. We have training
that will bring you up to speed.
 Must be charismatic and enjoy interacting with people.
 Self-Motivated with a positive attitude.
 Sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired.
 Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
 Strong communication skills.
 Customer service oriented.
 Can build a rapport and earn the trust of insurance professionals.
 Can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
 Flexibility to work outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company
at business social events.
