• Direct and oversee retail construction projects and restaurant interior finish-outs from groundbreaking to Certificate of Occupancy (CO), ensuring completion within the 3 to 6-month timeframe.
• Efficiently manage subcontractor procurement and general labor staffing, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
• Address urgent project needs and challenges promptly and effectively.
• Conduct thorough site walks to assess progress, adherence to plans, and quality of work.
• Oversee materials management from procurement to inventory control, ensuring timely site delivery.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, including clients and designers, to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Evaluate team and subcontractor capabilities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Adhere to budgetary constraints and manage project costs effectively.
