A leading electronics retailer seeks a PMO Manager to lead the Software Development Project Managers in their global expansion. The successful candidate will lead teams in creating cutting-edge experiences for automotive giants, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop top-tier software. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week onsite in Bloomfield Hills MI

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead Software Program Managers in Embedded Automotive Software.
• Manage PMO, setting vision, roadmap, and KPIs.
• Coordinate software teams for timely delivery.
• Promote best practices and training.
• Implement reporting structures.
• Analyze budgets, risks, and resources.
• Assist in financial planning and forecasting.
• Manage team performance and development.

Qualified applicants should have:

• 10 years in automotive software management in embedded systems.
• Automotive infotainment experience.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Team and PMO management experience.
• Industry standards and Agile methodology experience.

Nice to have:

• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification desired.
• Additional Agile and Scrum training/certifications preferred.
