Experience:
Assistant Crew Leader: $24 per hour
1 years experience in framing, carpentry, or deck building.
Crew Member: $20 per hour
6 months experience in a building trades position. Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools.
Transportation:
Posses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent on-time arrival to job sites.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Physical Requirements:
The ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing. Benefits
