Responsibilities
•Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
•Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
•Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
•Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
•Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
Qualifications
•Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
•You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
•Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
•A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
•Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
