RESPONSIBILITIES OF A JOURNEYMAN AUTOMOTIVE BODY TECHNICIAN

The Body Shop Technician will be responsible for repairing damaged bodies of vehicles, and or, parts in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.

* Prepare and repair vehicle per estimate according to OEM manufacturer specifications.

* De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicle with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

* Makes unibody and frame pulls to within OEM specification.

* After paint, responsible for reassembly, headlight adjustment and other

* final alignments.

* Accountable for quality control.

* Work as a team player to ensure on-time delivery of vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A JOURNEYMAN AUTOMOTIVE BODY TECHNICIAN

* 2 years of auto body repair experience OR Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram certification

* Valid driver's license

* Working knowledge about common shop equipment
