We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler to assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project schedules for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Project, and experience in the construction industry is a definite plus. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by maintaining accurate schedules, coordinating resources, and communicating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar software.

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.

- Identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.

- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly to ensure deadlines are met.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

- Communicate schedule updates and changes to project teams and stakeholders.

- Prepare reports and presentations on project schedules and progress as needed.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Project.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex schedules.

- Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.

- Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is a plus.
