Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee demolition and earthwork projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare and submit project reports through HCSS
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
