Job Description

As an outsourced marketing agency, our expertise lies in direct marketing and securing new customers for top-tier companies in the mobility and technology sectors, including AT&T, Apple, and Samsung. Given our current robust growth, we are on the lookout for several entry-level candidates to join our Birmingham, AL team.

Job Details:

• Provide customers with exceptional service various retail settings
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Increase brand awareness for our clients: AT&T, Apple, & Samsung
• Work with a team of leaders to provide feedback to each other as well as management
• Provide information on products, services, and promotions available
• Attend paid, ongoing professional development in the office with our team

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Enjoys having a positive impact on others

• Sales and previous Brand Ambassador experience is not required but is a plus

• Local to the greater Birmingham, AL area as this position is in person
