We currently have a need for a full-time candidate.

An OB/GYN practice located in Trinity is seeking a full-time Patient Representative to perform various administrative duties. The position requires someone that thrives in a busy and energetic environment.

Duties/Position:

* Patient relations: making the connection with the patient and placing them at ease from the moment they contact our practice

* Checking patients in/out

* Answering phones

* Scheduling appointments

* Insurance verification

* Ensuring the flow and timing of patient care and ensuring a productive schedule

* Ensure patients complete the required documentation and their information is current

* Collecting payments/money due

* Communication from the front office to the back office

* Other duties as assigned
