Position Summary
The Delivery Driver will be primarily responsible for delivering high-quality products to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. The Delivery Driver will also be responsible for maintaining open communication with their immediate supervisor while on route.

Responsibilities
? Adhere to all local traffic laws.
? Have a clear understanding of Delivery related compliance.
? Receive cash and/or debit card payments for items delivered.
? Assist in upkeep, cleanliness, and daily checklists of Delivery space.
? Maintain personal vehicle in good working condition and to ensure adherence with CCB guidelines.
? Deliver cannabis products to locations across the city, adhere to delivery routes, and maintain strict compliance with state laws.
? Follow and maintain compliance in all Company procedures to ensure the processes, polices, and standards of the CCB are met.
? Explain the Company?s procedures and policies to customers and ensure smooth processing.
? Provide superior customer service by exuding a friendly, easygoing, and professional demeanor.
? Consistently maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company?s Brand Standards.
? Participate in in-house modeling programs, special events, functions, marketing campaigns and advertising and performs model/ambassador tasks.
? Maintain Social platforms as indicated by management; post events, communications and participate in marketing campaigns via social media.
? Ensure Company goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met.
? Be well informed of information and knowledge shared on the Company?s communication platforms, and actively seek additional knowledge.
? Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
? Maintain an elevated knowledge of cannabis, cannabis products, brand standards, and compliance.
? Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
? None.

Qualifications
? Data entry skills.
? Must be 21 years or older.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Ability to perform simple calculations.
? Possess a valid Nevada Agent Card.
? OSHA 10 General Industry Certification.
? Possess a valid Nevada Driver License.
? Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
? Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants strongly preferred.
? Possess a vehicle that can meet CCB regulation requirements.
? Maintain a valid Nevada vehicle registration and active insurance.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting business demands.

Physical Demands
? Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
? Ability to bend, stretch, and handle or feel objects.
? Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
? Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds or more, without assistance.
