Responsibilities:
100 Outbound Calls / Day
Attend all scheduled appointments set by our property analyst
Make outbound calls to hot/warm leads
Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process
Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
Follow up and cultivate relationships with homeowners in order to facilitate the sale of their property.
Negotiate prices and make offers to homeowners.
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Previous Phone sales experience is a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
