We are growing in the Monroe/Cincinnati, OH area and have an opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to join our team.

Your responsibilities in this role.

1. Training – performing essential training items at LRT, not limited to Safety

2. Training Tracking utilizing LMS, Origami, etc. Programs

3. Project SSQP Inspections (Daily and Weekly)

4. Project Safety Support

5. Injury Management

6. Incident Review Process & Incident Management

7. Safety Tracking & Administrative Management

8. Assist with DOT Compliance tracking, training, and enforcement

9. Assist with Workforce Development training

What you need to qualify:

Ability to speak/train groups of people (bilingual desired but not required) ability to be assertive, spirit of service in order to lead LRT people to SSQP behavior, basic Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Bluebeam.

Two years or more experience in a similar role or applicable precursor roles is ideal. Experience at a construction company is ideal.
