TATA Consulting Services (USA) is Hiring a QA Lead Near Boston, MA

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with expertise in the Finance and SCM modules.

* Proven track record in successfully delivering ERP projects within the respective module, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.

* Selenium automation or similar automation experience

* Excellent experience in managing Agile QA process including Test Plan, Test Case Creation, Execution, and reporting.

Experience Required 8-12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities Create, Update and Manage test plan, test cases as per the scope and customer implementation plan.

* Test automation and build regression suite as per customer priorities.

* Test Data preparation and UAT coordination with business

* Manage day to day testing activities including working with Clients and front ending the QA deliverables.

* Demonstrate strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with expertise in the Finance and SCM modules.

Generic Managerial Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

* Good Test co-ordination skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks.
