Job Description / responsibilities:

Oversees assigned projects from initial concept through final implementation and benefits realization utilizing approved project methodology/tools and within enterprise standards and guidelines to deliver to established scope, function, quality, cost, and schedule

Leading and directing larger, more complex initiatives, as well as providing direction to project staff assigned to projects. Manages project team size of 10 or more personnel across multiple departments and/or vendors

Drives all aspects to ensure that assigned projects are implemented, accepted, and operating effectively

Ensures project governance is established and observed.

Knowledge of payment industry and AEM platform

Ability to effectively host and control meetings for productive outcomes

Serves as a liaison and builds bridges and relationships with key project stakeholders to include sponsoring executives and among different groups within and outside of technology and operations

Provides concise and accurate project reporting

Manages issues and risks well such as creating and tracking to resolution plans and escalating to appropriate levels in a timely manner

Plans, develops, and controls moderate to large project budgets and financials.

Ensures Business and Commercial Readiness of projects.

Ensures key business stakeholders on overall on-time project delivery.

Manages overall project plan and reports overall project status on areas of product delivery, business readiness, value realization forecast, financial forecast in terms of cost and benefit to Executive and Senior Leadership Team.

Manages overall project major milestone deliverables with technical and business stakeholders from planning, development and execution, implementation, up to business readiness. Makes sure that all project issues are with resolution and all risks has realistic targets and plans for mitigation.

Presents projects to Governance forums to facilitate resolutions on projects key issues and risks especially on areas of business readiness
