We are looking for a qualified individual to fill the receptionist position on our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
• Assist the customer around the showroom and assign to a designer.
• Answer or refer inquiries; Handling multiple calls
• Knowledge of google mail is a plus
• Home improvement and construction knowledge a plus
• Log all visitors into our CRM systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Perform general administrative duties such as some data entry and filing
• Positive attitude and a team-player
• Maintain showroom displays
• Ordering sales tools
• Kitchen designer training available including 2020 software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
