3Core Systems is looking for Project Manager for one of our clients in Deerfield Beach, FL 3 Days Per Week On-Site
ROLE: Project Manager
LOCATION: Deerfield Beach, FL 3 Days Per Week On-Site
Local (Preferred) (OR) Someone who can Relocate from Day 1
Enterprise Experience is a Must
Must submit Active Certifications for PMP And Agile
Project Manager/Scrum Master Experience
Project Manager will be responsible for the direction, planning, execution, controlling and completion of large and complex projects ensuring compliance with the company s project methodologies, standards, processes, commitments and goals.

Required Skills/Experience:
This role will support the SET BUIT (Business Unit IT) Sales value stream and must have experience in the following areas:
- A team builder who can effectively lead a team, build relationships, and ensure a detailed plan is being followed.
- Ability to manage a budget, includes forecasting and providing variance explanations.
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on new business concepts and have enough technical experience to be able to understand and keep up with what the team is discussing during requirements and design sessions.
Executive presence and effective communication
- Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team
- Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish o Excellent planning and coordination skills
Waterfall and Agile Methodology
- Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables, and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed o Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies
- Able to ensure that the team adheres to the Scrum principles, values and practices while establishing Agile friendly environment for the team.
Vendor Management
- Experience with Vendor contracts management
- Experience with and Vendor package implementations
- Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams ? Technical
- Prior experience managing technology roadmap projects
- General knowledge and understanding of the technology field and technology projects Key Responsibilities
Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies
- Establish and coordinate project teams
- Direct and oversee the project team
- Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation
- Manage project budgets
- Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans
- Manage project changes to achieve project goals
- Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders
- Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable
- Develop Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable
- Demonstrate leadership, and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree or higher required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications required
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience
- Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Boards, ServiceNow, and Jira a plus
- Strong technical background a plus
- Certification or a degree in computer science, information systems or engineering would be a plus
