Job Description

To serve as a System Custodian for Legal Hold within IBM Content Manager application and provide technical support for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator Applications. Serve as a back up to SMEs on Maintenance and PMO projects and provide support for application infrastructure. Maintain working knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts, and trends. Assist with troubleshooting of complex technical issues and incidents causing business impact or service degradation. Willingness to be a self-starter in a face paced technical team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Tagging of Legal Documents in IBM Content Manager
• Serve as a POC for BU's that request Legal Hold for documents and provide required updates.
• Provide Support for ECM system components, or modifications to existing components.
• Perform tasks and assignments in support of business needs for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator
• Perform required research, deployment, and configuration for existing and modified ECM systems.
• Present clear, organized, and concise information to all audiences for effective business decisions
• Must be willing to provide rotating 24x7 On Call Support
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications MUST HAVE

• Prior working Knowledge for IBM Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, CSS to help support the SME for ICN
• Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with DB2 Databases and query authoring
• Effective Mainframe and DB2 database skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNow request, incident, change, and VUL modules
• Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to be a self-starter and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Nice to HAVE

• Familiarity of IBM Content Navigator Plug ins and knowledge for Enterprise Content Manager Applications
