Job Description

• Test Planning: Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of QA analysts/testers.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources for efficient testing.
• Test Design and Execution: Define test cases and oversee their execution.
• Defect Management: Document and track defects, prioritize resolution.
• Test Automation: Implement and manage automated testing solutions.
• Metrics and Reporting: Monitor testing progress and report key metrics.
• Client Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders, including project managers and business analysts.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement.
• Risk Management: Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Strong Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
