Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
General job duties, responsibilities, and expectations:
Responsible for retrieving, distributing and maintenance of medical records and documentation. Maintains chart tracking system to provide current status of information for accurate retrieval. Responsible for answering phone lines and department coverage. Responsible for all medical records. (EMR or paper charts)

Responsible for retrieving, distributing and maintenance of medical records and documentation. Maintains chart tracking system to provide current status of information for accurate retrieval. Responsible for answering phone lines and department coverage. Responsible for all medical records. (EMR or paper charts)
- Must be fully vaccinated (or have medical/religious exemption)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical terminology is preferred.
- 1 or 2 years experience helpful but not mandatory.
- Must have basic computer skills, use of fax and copier.
- Must be able to push or lift 30 lbs.
