The Sales Administrator ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of sales orders and invoices. This role provides auxiliary support for sales representatives, managing and organizing important information related to all sales orders. This role provides a high level of support to sales representatives and contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

• Sales Administration
  • Reviewing deal submissions from Reps to confirm pricing is correct.
  • Supporting sales department with other administrative duties.
  • Setting up newly hired reps with logins for various software.
  • Assisting Rep's with request for proposal process.
  • Attending sales and department head meetings.
  • Collaborating with operations/sales order teams to identify process issues.
  • Providing support to sales representatives.
  • Processing lease returns.

• CRM Administration
  • Verify new customer records are set up correctly.
  • Update lease portfolios.
  • Pricing Updates (as needed).
  • Entering new items.
  • Updating internal agreements.
  • Account assignment.

• Pricing/Commissions
  • Reviewing deals to ensure appropriate commissions are calculated.
  • Updating monthly manufacturer promotions/rebates.
  • Reviewing and processing pricing requests from sales representatives.
  • Data Administration, including pricing updates, verifying customer information, updating changes, reviewing lease rates.
  • Processing bonus reports.
  • Assisting Rep's with RFP processes.
