Professionally managed by Western Management, LLC operating 44 residential communities in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Western Management is committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable place to live for people who are looking for a community-oriented, residential setting.
The perfect candidate must exhibit patience, enjoy face to face interaction, must manage time wisely, be detail-oriented, and want to have fun! Proficiency with computers required. Experience in property management is required.
Some duties include:
- Answering phones and greeting guests
- Sales demonstration and closing
- Qualifying prospective residents
- Assisting residents and maintenance staff with service requests for repairs
- Assist in maintaining a customer-centric environment
This position is a part-time leasing agent position (24 hours per week) Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Hourly pay negotiable based on experience. Monthly bonus structure will be provided. Applicant must be able to pass a drug, criminal, and credit screening. Must be 18 or older to apply.
