Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Club Assistant. As a Club Assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our gym, assisting with member sign-ups, providing tours to potential customers, reaching out to prospects, maintaining the cleanliness of the gym, and engaging in community outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct tours of the facility for potential new members, highlighting our amenities and offerings
• Assist in sign up process of new members & Personal Training clients 
• Actively reach out to prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions to promote membership options
• Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Assist with community outreach events and initiatives to promote the gym and foster positive relationships with local businesses and organizations

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be 18
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry is a plus but not required
• Must be available to work weekends and non-major holidays
