Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Grace Care Center of Henrietta POSITION SUMMARY Duties include but are not limited to oversight, managing and directing the day-to-day functions and overall operations of the facility in accordance with the current federal, state, and local government regulations that govern residential care facilities and the Operators requirements. The Administrator's focus is on maintaining the highest degree of quality care for the residents while achieving the facility's business objectives. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Qualifications including minimum skills, experience and education required include:
Must be a state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or similar role
Good survey history
Focused on quality of resident care
Comprehensive understanding of financial management of a healthcare facility
Strong census development emphasis
Effective leader with good employee relations skills
