Company DescriptionThe Democratic party is hiring Field Organizers in Tracy, CA and Manteca, Ca . The FO is responsible for helping to execute the campaign’s field plan in their assigned area. Each Field Organizer will be responsible for an assigned region and satellite campaign office. Field Organizers will report to the Field Director.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in Tracy and MantecaCandidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneouslyResponsible for recruiting, training, and coaching volunteersMeeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals including volunteer recruitment dials, volunteer shift recruitment, volunteer shift completion, and volunteer productivityQualificationsDesired Qualifications:Applicants must provide their own laptop and have access to a car.Campaign/Field experience preferred, but not requiredWilling to work irregular hours, including nights and weekendsA sense of humor is a plusSpanish Speaking is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Salary is $3,467 a month
