A successful candidate must have at a minimum two years Kronos Workforce Ready or 5 years HCM software experience. The ability to learn and adapt to software changes is a must. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: software training, answering questions and troubleshooting, taking phone calls and meticulous notes, updating payroll and project management systems, and research. The software support position works closely with implementation, tax, and operations within our organization and must possess excellent verbal and communication skills. This position will also require proficiency in understanding and interacting with multiple software systems.
